Lauren Archinaco
Hospitality & Event Experience Advisor
Lauren Archinaco brings more than 10 years of experience in restaurants, hospitality and private events, with a career centered around one of the most important parts of any event: how the experience actually feels for the client and their guests.
Her background includes roles with Franklin Steakhouse, Sushi Lounge, Jack's, Mix, Homesick & Lovesick, Madison Modern Social and multiple Tim McLoone's properties, including AP Rooftop, Robinson Ale House and Supper Club.
Lauren was part of the opening team for Madison Modern Social, helping take the restaurant from concept through opening and into full operation. Her responsibilities included hiring and managing staff, building operational systems and overseeing a team of more than 50 employees.
After five years in restaurant management, Lauren transitioned further into event sales and management, where her strengths in hospitality, organization and design became even more apparent. Within her first month in event sales, she surpassed previous company records for the number of events sold.
Her experience includes weddings, milestone celebrations and private events of approximately 150–200 guests, managing the entire process from the first client meeting through execution. That includes floor plans, timelines, table layouts, florals and décor, catering, staffing, budgets, contracts and coordination with DJs, AV teams, bands, photographers, florists, planners, rental companies and other event partners.
Lauren's role within Ourcraft is primarily behind the scenes, providing a hospitality and event-design perspective that influences how projects are planned.
Where technical teams may focus on speakers, screens and infrastructure, Lauren looks at sightlines, guest flow, table placement, service, décor and the way technology interacts with the room.
That perspective helps ensure an AV design does not simply work technically. It works for the event.
Alec Archinaco

Alec Archinaco has spent more than 15 years working across nearly every side of the professional AV and event industry.
He began his career as a roadie for a local entertainment company, setting up and breaking down events while still in school. Over time, that role grew into event design, sales, warehouse management and production operations, overseeing hundreds of pieces of equipment and supporting as many as 5–10 events in a single weekend while commuting from Monmouth County to Montclair State University.
After graduating with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, Alec entered pharmaceutical sales and advanced into management within his first year, ultimately overseeing five teams, more than 20 sales representatives and a portfolio exceeding $5 million.
Following the pandemic, he returned to the event industry and helped transform a small AV operation into a significantly larger production, integration and equipment business.
Alec directly grew its production division from approximately 30 events per year to more than 300, managing everything from sales and hiring to equipment, transportation, staffing and on-site execution. His projects range from smaller private events to $50,000+ productions involving audio, video, lighting, staging and rigging.
He has designed and supported systems for restaurants, nightlife venues, hospitality spaces and other commercial environments, completing more than 20 ground-up AV integrations. His approach combines technical engineering with a strong interest in architecture, interior design and how technology physically belongs within a room.
Alec has also built relationships with more than 40 major professional AV manufacturers, including Pioneer DJ / AlphaTheta, JBL, Crown, Chauvet, Martin, ADJ, SAVI and Control4, while helping oversee more than $1 million in equipment inventory, thousands of individual assets and approximately $3 million in annual project volume.
His touring experience includes leading crews and providing production support for internationally recognized artists including Timmy Trumpet, Audien, Silva Bumpa, Talib Kweli and Rusko.
At Ourcraft, Alec leads AV design, system planning, technical consulting, budgeting and vendor evaluation. Because Ourcraft operates independently, recommendations are based on what is right for the project rather than what equipment someone needs to sell.
